After discussing our upgrade options from our former Jetta (also from Smithtown VW) to a new full-size SUV, we settled on the new 2019 VW Atlas. The 3rd row seating is much needed, and Sal pointed out a number of safety features that similar-sized vehicles just didn't measure up to. It's been a few months now, and we love our new car! More

Stupendous! Amazing! Fabulous! Efficient! It was a quick and easy process. Our sales woman Julianna was fantastic and super knowledgeable about all of the features of the new car. The General It was a quick and easy process. Our sales woman Julianna was fantastic and super knowledgeable about all of the features of the new car. The General Manager was also very nice and worked with us to be sure we were happy with the price and our decision. Tom Wilde in the service department was also fantastic and gave great advice as I ALWAYS deal with Tom when visiting Volkswagon for service. When it was our time to sit with Ivy the Finance Manager, she got us in and out quickly as we had our infant with us and it was well into dinner time. Nice team work Volkswagon of Smithtown- you guys rock! More
