Apt was on Monday , made this over 2 months ago, got a phone call the Friday before they didn’t have the part and I should understand bc it’s a recall and many cars are getting fixed. Noah Reed was incredible. He was patient and walked us through everything. We made a plan for payment and then for him to leave the key with the showroom (so that we could pic He was patient and walked us through everything. He took care of all of that and he was really competent so I felt secure in him taking care of his part of that plan. The appointment was for 8am and we got a phone call at 9:40am telling us that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Awesome service, even more amazing customer service from Noah Reed. He asked if I had kids and when I told him I had a five year old son he told me to be sure to take him to see the VW Bus in the showroom. Long story short, I think I'm buying a VW Bus lol. This guy is great! More
