I bought 2 cars at Donaldsons, since the change over to east hills they are a disaster, it takes them 8 hours to complete an oil change and appointments for an oil change it takes weeks…further they never east hills they are a disaster, it takes them 8 hours to complete an oil change and appointments for an oil change it takes weeks…further they never actually completed the inspection, so my brakes were checked as very good, yet i hit metal after 2,000 miles…when i called them and told them what happened they said to leave the vehicle and when “when we get time we will look at it.” Your dealership had an appointment available and did the work promptly, and even gave me a ride to and from work…i will never go to that other place again…thank you for your help. More
