The most important parts of purchasing a car is quality in the car and quality of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The purchase part of a sale is only a moment however the relationship with the Service department c in the car and quality of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. When i say that it’s been a very long time since i have experienced this level of communication from a Car’s Service Department i mean it. I feel valued and most importantly seen. The staff at Smithtown Volkswagen Service department is TOP NOTCH.
