Now they found a cracked/leaking valve cover and just the part is $780, They didn’t think to review our service records 1st. Do you think we wouldn’t remember this? That valve cover had to be damaged by their own mechanic and It should have been covered under warranty but was not offered! They are looking to rip a customer off! They lost a 16 year customer due to their recently “under new management” crew. More

Poor communication. Brought my ‘24 GTI in for a simple flat tire repair, got it back with wheel weights stuck to the face of the rim. I brought my Volkswagen in for a routine oil change, but shortly after the service my vehicle began having engine issues that were not present before. After the blizzard, the engine failed and my car stalle shortly after the service my vehicle began having engine issues that were not present before. After the blizzard, the engine failed and my car stalled in the middle of the road. I had to call a tow truck to bring it back to the dealership and lost a full day of work. To their credit, the service staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, and they provided me with a loaner vehicle, although it was smaller than the vehicle I currently lease. In the end, the engine had to be replaced, which shows how serious the issue became. It’s frustrating that what should have been simple maintenance turned into such a major problem. More

Been having an oil problem with my tiguan for about a year and the part I need from them happens to be on national back order. Now the problem escalated to an engine problem and my remote start doesn’t w year and the part I need from them happens to be on national back order. Now the problem escalated to an engine problem and my remote start doesn’t work anymore until said part is installed. Apparently no other options and I just have to deal with it. Extremely frustrating. More
