Technicians didn’t put oil fill oil back on. Coated entire engine bay with oil. Had to had oil back myself. Interior dash was covered with dirty hand prints. Terrible service. I was told I needed a transmission service! ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. ! I ask was a filter included and the Fellow said no just the fluid service. I have no actually what I expected but why not the filter be replaced. I suppose that is what Ford thinks it needs! But for $325 is excessive but I should have inquired prior to the appointment. More
