I've heard quite a few negative things about Blue Springs Ford, but I can confidently say that the team at Smithville stands apart. They are truly in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Larry, in particular, was a standout as a salesman. He was understanding and completely low-pressure, making the process feel comfortable and relaxed. Even the finance manager impressed me; instead of pushing for an extended warranty, he focused on securing the best deal for me and ended up getting a lower interest rate than we initially agreed upon, even beating my USAA rate! Given the stories I’ve heard about Blue Springs, it’s clear that the real A-team is here at Smithville. I've purchased six cars across different dealerships (including Rob Sight), and I've never had such a remarkable experience as I did here. Highly recommend! More

Charged $950+ for tires, alignment and oil change and then didn’t place the value stem caps back on the vehicle. Charged $49 for shop materials but no explanation on the bill or at time of pickup. Did then didn’t place the value stem caps back on the vehicle. Charged $49 for shop materials but no explanation on the bill or at time of pickup. Did not replace the hardware kit on the splash guard under the car even though they were asked to. Also had to call 30 minutes before closing time to see if the car was ready. Poor service. Won’t use again. More
