I showed up at the dealership "spur of the moment". I was dressed 'bummy' since I was just out running errands, but - despite my appearance - Cydalia greeted me with great courtesy, as if I was wearing I was dressed 'bummy' since I was just out running errands, but - despite my appearance - Cydalia greeted me with great courtesy, as if I was wearing a 3 - pce suit and tie! That impressed me right off the bat. Mike was polite and courteous, and did a good review of the car with me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Francine was very professional and thorough explaining the added warranties available. Jeremy gave me a GREAT review of the car upon delivery, and encouraged me to take the weatherproof floor mats to protect the carpeting - which I did. The people were great! Thrilled with the car - very well designed and easy to use! I had confidence in this place from the start, as - I was partly raised in SUMMIT - I personally know SMYTHE Volvo has been there since AT LEAST the 1960's....as I used to see the old location 'all the time' when I lived there late 50's early 60's.
