I had a known warranty issue with my 2023 C40 that only occurred at highway speeds. I had taken my car to Prestige Volvo to fix the problem twice, and was told by their service manager that they couldn't r occurred at highway speeds. I had taken my car to Prestige Volvo to fix the problem twice, and was told by their service manager that they couldn't reproduce the problem because she refused to let the techs drive the car on the highway. The only way she would work on the car was for me to pay out of pocket for diagnostics -- for a warranty concern. I took my business to Smythe who diagnosed and fixed the problem under warranty in 24 hours. Justin, Dave, and Casey were pleasant and helpful, and I will be returning here for years to come. Thanks! More
