Both William McLaughlin and Henry Padilla worked well together and with us to make sure that the Dealership was delivering the car we wanted with the quality we have come to expect. Both gentlemen were courteous and understanding of our requirements and somewhat limited knowledge of the latest technological advances found in today's vehicles. After some discussion of our concerns, they quickly addressed our issues including short but effective mini-demos of how the car would respond to both foreseen and unforeseen events. We believe the resultant negotiation was fair and resulted in a win/win for both parties. Finally, I must admit that while I came to the dealership with preconceived ideas about the added value of additional parts/maintenance warranties, once my wife and I had the opportunity to rethink our position, we agreed that their addition to the contact was a prudent choice. When we came to the dealership a week ago, we did not have the purchase of a hybrid vehicle in mind; let alone a new car on the lot that would meet most of our needs.
