Smythe Volvo is a customer friendly, expert dealership. They do not accept used cars on their lot without running them through extensive testing. I went to Kyle Jackson on recommendation of my daughter They do not accept used cars on their lot without running them through extensive testing. I went to Kyle Jackson on recommendation of my daughter. She and her husband had purchased two used cars with his help. He listened to my needs and desires carefully and only showed me cars that lined up with my requests (which were only two)...no wasting time. Kyle took time to explain the market, the process and the benefits of both cars but did not rush me or make me feel pushed. All in all the experience was very positive! I'm driving my new (used) car and loving everything about it! Thank you Kyle! More

The Team at Smythe is phenomenal! Always such a pleasure working with them. Shaun Hayes made my recent purchase a breeze and I appreciated the care he took to make sure all was taken care of. Jeff Morocho gave me a terrific walk through of my new Volvo and provided great tips on features I had no idea about. I don't know where to begin with this nightmare. Stay far away from this place. Deanship will lie over and over again to your face. Spent over 20 thousand dollars there on a used car and repairs to the car a away from this place. Deanship will lie over and over again to your face. Spent over 20 thousand dollars there on a used car and repairs to the car after discovering they sold me a car with bad rings 1000 miles after purchase, and wouldn't cover the fix. Car is still broken and they will not call me back or honor their supposed garenteed repairs. Toxic dealership. run for the hills.. still have a Volvo v60 with major engine problems 200 miles after their 3 thousand dollar repair. This is only the tip of the iceberg that has gone horribly wrong with this dealership. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this??? Im beside myself with how poorly they treated me. More
