When I arrived in the morning to drop my vehicle off and receive a loaner, Brandon greeted me with a smile, and pleasant demeanor. He was extremely professional and courteous. He also helped move things from my XC90 to the loner car that I would need for the day. I was reassured that the problem would be found and solved. He called me later in the day and said that my vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. I arrived at the service department a half hour before they closed and Brendon had my vehicle outside the door warming up as I arrived. He explained what had been done and asked if I had any other questions. Casey Keppler had done the work and he was a true professional also. Brandon again helped me move the things from the loaner back to my personal vehicle. I am very appreciative and not surprised by the outstanding professionalism of the Smythe Volvo team. We are and will continue to be loyal customers! More

I recently purchased an XC40 from Smythe Volvo as a referral from the Costco Auto Purchasing Program and was surprised with how easy and painless the experience was. From the moment we walked into the referral from the Costco Auto Purchasing Program and was surprised with how easy and painless the experience was. From the moment we walked into the dealership my wife and I were treated extremely well and we were setup with a no-pressure test drive that allowed us to put the XC40 through it's paces. The staff was professional and courteous, knowledgeable about the car's features which candidly was a surprise to us as our local Manhattan car shopping experiences were not great up to this point. I want to give Stephen Badian in sales a shout-out, beyond being a great listener, he was honest with delivery times (as this was custom order from the Volvo factory in Belgium) and never once made a promise that he did not meet. We got a great deal and I would highly recommend this dealer especially for those in NYC. 5 Stars. More
