He actively tried to help me with them, and even though we were way past our time slot by the time we found an alternative, he ensured the paperwork was done the same day with little wait post our slot, and we get the car. He was very friendly, cracked a few jokes and told personal stories to keep the good energy as we dealt with insurance provider issues. The entire team was very courteous, provided us all the necessary details and took care of even the very minor glue marks on the car right on the spot to ensure I get a stunning new Volvo S60, and the plush experience of personal touch and care. Emilia was very polite, helpful and provided an amazing walk-through of technology & features in the car, and ensured it was set to our preferences before driving it out of the dealership. The delivery experience was fantastic. The flexibility that was demonstrated to ensure things went smoothly for me was phenomenal. The dealership was very clean and peaceful, and waiting inside was surprisingly easy on the mind.
