Bob Cerza was my sales person for my last lease and my current lease. He was extremely helpful on both occasions and really helped me maximize what i could get in the S60 I was looking for. During the process he had a sales trainee with him and you could see him walking him through the process of what needed to be done to make a customer happy and still dot all the Is and cross all the Ts. Brandon arranged for Valet Service for me which was great given the world we are living in today. The Smythe Volvo team did a great job. I have an app on my phone that kept me updated when they left the dealership and when they arrived at my home. The technician did a great job on my windshield. I was delighted to find that the Velcro for my ezpass was on my new windshield and I did not have to buy new Velcro strips. I have always had a great experience at Smythe Volvo and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
