I was met with indifference from several other dealers during my inquiries, but Kyle was consistently patient, transparent, and informative during our email negotiations. The dealership experience went similarly smoothly. Kyle and the finance team were pleasant, competent, and above board during the delivery process, with no hard presses for unnecessary add-ons and the like. During my search, I called several dealerships but when I reached out to Smythe and spoke to Eric, I immediately knew that my search was over. Eric gave me a great deal and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. When I came in to pick up the car he answered all of my questions and I was quite impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Andreas from the dealers detailing department ensured the vehicle was gleaming like it was just coming off the showroom floor because the vehicle already had a few thousand miles on it when I purchased it.
