He was professional in every way. Chris gave me even more information than I found in car reports. Some were points that helped me decide on a Volvo rather than competitor’s products. He has all of the qualities that someone would want when buying a car a positive, pleasant personality, patience, politeness, good listening skills, and knowledge about the product. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything. After I leased Chris spent over an hour showing me to operate all of the options and features. An anticipated dreaded experience became instead a positive one because of Chris Jones. I highly recommend him and Smythe. A friend bought a car from them which is serviced there and recommended them because of great service and ethics. More

From the moment we walked into the door, Matt, who isn’t even responsible for sales, went out of his way to help us find the perfect Volvo. He also introduced us to Stephen, who showed us all the functions and spoke to us in a manner that’s not aggressive (like most car dealers), but more from a friend’s perspective. The folks then stayed late to help us close the deal (shout out to Shaun for being so efficient and entertaining as well) and stood with me to make sure i get home safe. We will definitely be buying another car from them soon! More

Most important to me, they were really easy to deal with in negotiations - transparent and no high pressure or extended haggling to get to a deal I was really happy with on both my purchase and trade in. They did extra work to get a vehicle I wanted and got it all wrapped up easily. After delivery, the sales team has been really helpful in following up to answer questions on features and tricks. Overall - the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Steph I recently purchased a used car from Smythe Volvo and the salesperson that I had been in contact with was out when I dropped by to see the car. Stephen happily assisted, promptly went for a test drive with me, and facilitated the negotiation process. I purchased the car that same day and although it was a lengthy process (largely due to another customer going through the finance portion ahead of me), everyone at the dealership was patient and accommodating. I arrived at 6:30 pm or so for the test drive, and took my new (to me) car home around 10:30 pm. As long as it took, they made the process as pleasant as possible. I have traditionally avoided dealerships and purchased from private parties, but this is a place that I can confidently recommend. Thanks all! More

I was in the market for a new car. I was coming out of a BMW and was considering the Mercedes, an Audi, another BMW, or a Volvo. I’ve visited a number of dealerships over the past few weeks and Brian was by far the most helpful, patient and down to earth sales person I had met. He did not pressure me, was up front , knew his product and bent over backwards to accomodate my needs by listening to what was important to me and finding me a car that met those specifications. And the car? The S90 far exceeded my expectations and surpassed the cars I was considering at a lower price point and with a superior warranty. I would recommend a Volvo and Brian to any family member or friend who is in the market for a luxury vehicle. More
