Having two Volvo’s already...I did “car shop” with other dealers but it was horrific. As a young woman, I was insulted with the way I was treated by salesmen at other dealerships. Luckily, Kyle at Smythe was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind which is why I ended up getting a car straight from the showroom! I highly recommend Kyle to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. Shaun, business manager, was also great. The whole team was spectacular including Kyle Jackson (the sales agent) who was incredibly knowledgeable about volvos but never overbearing or pressuring. Shaun Hayes was also spectacular in the Finance Office. I also have to mention the manager Gabe who helped tremendously. I will definitely go back for my future purchases with this group. Eric was knowledgeable and broke down all the small details of the cars features. He will even go over it again if you have more questions about the car once you have left the dealership. Kevin made the financing part of the process very straightforward and easy. No gimmicks. No pressure. Answered all the questions I had and even answered questions I didn't think to ask. Best Lease Experience and Superb Customer Service I did thorough research to find the best dealer possible to lease a new Volvo. Smythe had excellent reviews, but I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. EVERY single person in this dealership is professional, caring, attentive to detail, and HONEST! I’ve never experienced such an easy process or honest, friendly dealership. our sales consultant Deborah was out of this world. I was consider her a friend by the end of the process. Deborah went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and did everything in her power to get us the numbers we needed, including a fantastic deal on our trade in. She spent endless hours with us on the phone, texting, and worked late into the night both by phone and kept the dealership open both time later we visited. Once the deal was all said and done, Deborah stayed a couple hours after closing to walk us through every detail of the car, it’s features, settings, etc. It is clear she loves her job and it is clear she loves working at Smythe. She truly goes the extra mile and cares about her customers. We will purchase every car in the future from her!! Kevin the finance manager was patient, friendly, thorough, and honest. There was NOTHING we didn’t understand about our contract, the payments, etc. He also stayed late the night we signed the papers to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the deal. I have had the worst experience with other dealers but Smythe and it’s employees have changed my opinion that all dealers are bad. There truly are good people out there and there truly are car dealers who do have your best in mind. Smythe is at the very top of that list. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience and we are thrilled to get into a Volvo and join the Smythe family! We owe Deborah so much for taking such good care of us. See you soon Smythe! More

He did it with a delightfully positive attitude and no pressure. I truly believe his intent was to help us find a perfect car within our budget. He exceeded expectations. I had been to other car dealerships (including another Volvo dealership) and was online searching for new and certified pre-owned SUVs. I narrowed my search to three SUVs before I meet with Kyle. Kyle was knowledge, responsive and was able to find a car that met my needs. He offered attractive pricing and I was impressed with Volvo's warranty and extended warranty program on it certified pre-owned cars. He also spend about 2 hours after I purchased the car explaining all the different options of the XC90. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Kyle and Smythe. More

Bob and Smythe Volvo dealership made buying a used car easy. Set an appointment with Bob for a early morning Saturday appointment. Bob showed me the car and waited as I search the car top to bottom looking for a 15 year condition car, didn't look like over 5 years old. Car was in remarkable shape. Even though I couldn't bring myself to make a decision at first Bo hung in there to give the space I needed. I even went to lunch mid-negation because my cousins had come to meet me and we all looked over the car. Bob was patient and waited for my return never giving me any grief for pressure. After lunch returned to a accommodating dealership where a 1 hour look at appointment in my mind turned into a all day affair family affair. Bob ran through all the options after I bought the car. They worked with me since I was from out of state (NY) and picking up the car during the week became a challenge. Before coming to this dealership I looked at many other deanships and car lots looking at reviews and BBB complaints. Smythe Volvo came up clean and that was the first used car business I was comfortable to visit. Bob was super good working with me and easy honest person to talk with. PS hard to know everyone by name I dealt with. I felt I knew most of the dealership by the time I left late on Saturday. Event the customers in the waiting area seemed friends. More
