Got a great deal on car and Eric personally delivered car to my house in long Island on a friday nite. Took him close to 4 hours to get car to me due to snow in Jersey that day. He went over all the car functions with me, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Following day he activated the volvo on call, and the Sirius radio for me. He made an out of state purchase easy and set my concerns at ease with his detailed follow up with emails, videos and photos. Smythe took care of all the paperwork and financials and Bob took great care to connect me with a transport service to get the car delivered straight to my home. He has personally gone out of his way to make sure the process was easy and follow up with me even after the purchase was complete to answer any questions and confirm I was pleased with the car.
