I teetered with leasing until I located a 2011, XC60 online that piqued my interest. The vehicle had very low miles, nice features and was competitively priced. My sales rep, Dave Graham, was very responsive and accommodating, even met me at the dealership early morning to allot for my hectic schedule. The sales process was smooth and relatively seamless. I'll preference my next comment by saying that I had not purchased a new car since December, 2002, and I'd never before purchased a used vehicle, however, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that items that "I" would consider standard (i.e. cargo cover, cargo mat, etc...) were not included and had to be purchased separately. Again, to say I'm a bit rusty on current car-buying trends would be quite the understatement, but I'm just saying... Either way, it's now day two and I'm enjoying my new purchase - and hope to do so for many, many, many more miles! More

My car is beautiful and just as described, the staff treated me as a knowledgeable consumer, and our negotiations went right to a very fair price (both for my new car & my trade-in). Couldn't have asked for better salesmenship My family and I had been searching for a new car for 6+ months. Having 2 kids under the age of 4 makes car shopping incredibly difficult, but at Smyth My family and I had been searching for a new car for 6+ months. Having 2 kids under the age of 4 makes car shopping incredibly difficult, but at Smythe, we couldn't have asked for an easier buying experience. David let me take both the XC60 and V60 to my house in the neighboring town so my wife could see both before we made our decision. The process of going to the other 6-7 dealers prior to Smythe was onerous and often meant either my wife or myself were corralling a 3.5 year old and a 10 month in a showroom or arranging for babysitting. David made it simple and easy. The pricing was great, he was well prepared to negotiate the deal over the phone, text, or email, and when we stopped on our way to lunch to make our final decision, he was there to make sure we had what we wanted. When I came to pick up the car 2 hours later, everything was in order. Truly the easiest purchase I've made and truly incredible service from both David and Alex in Finance. More

This visit was extensive because of a front end rattle and a discharging battery. Nick Pavano diagnosed both problems and found cost effective solutions to the battery problem and front end rattle. We certainly appreciated his friendly and efficient way of handling this service. We also appreciate the loaner car that we used while our car was in the shop Smythe Volvo Service and Nick Pavano have always exceeded our expectations. Thank you all for a job well done! More
