I've been coming to this dealership for years. I had to drop off my car for routine service which took a few minutes longer than usual for drop-off, but the service team members apologized. It was a busy morning and the representatives were attentive to each individual that they were working with. The service was routine and the service person called with recommended service additions. This is typical customer service for Smythe's service group. I wasn't surprised at the price for the recommended replacement item because Volvo parts are expensive. More

Emergency repairs Had a power steering failure this week on my 2009 Volvo S80 (with 160,000 miles on the clock!!!). Great Volvo Experience I'd been looking at a volvo since I purchased my first vehicle back in ne to reckoned with2008. I remember Smythe sending me an email and decided to look at their pre-owned inventory. Well, needless to say they had the XC90 in black and their reviews were outstanding. I inquired online about a test drive and received a response within 3 minutes. My intention was to just test drive the vehicle, until I met David Graham. He welcomed me as if he knew me and made we feel as if I were amongst friends. David was honest and very knowledgable about the product. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle ( My XC90).
