this was without a doubt the best car buying experience I'd ever had. everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with Kristian who said he wouldn't be in but I can see Craig. I spoke with Steve on the way home and he assured me they would hold the car for me. the reviews on this site were amazing and all were 100% true. Chris was very fair on my trade and helped obtain the financing I wanted. Alex was excellent to work with when we finalized the paperwork. he spoke to me not my husband since I was the one buying the car. the most important thing (which I thanked them for) was that I wasn't treated like a girl. nothing turns a woman away faster than that. the whole transaction was quick and seamless, all the numbers were exactly as quoted. the car is gorgeous, just as it was listed on their website. they have always serviced the car and I will make the 30 minute drive to bring it back there rather than going with a local dealership. Kristian introduced me to Nick the service manager which I've never had anyone do before. I would recommend Smythe to anyone looking for a car. they are very professional and wonderful to deal with. We have given Smythe Volvo, espically our sales person Kristian Henriksen a PERFECT review because all of our expentations were met when buying our car. We were already being helped by sales person Kristian Hendriksen and were waiting for him to finish up with another couple and all of the other employees saw us waiting and every single one stopped to ask us if we were being helped and asked how we were. The finance department explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Financing also made sure we understood everything pertaining to the financing and the available options pertainig to our Volve XC 90. Kristian Henriksen our car salesman was perfect. He answered all our questions even after hours when he was not at the dealership. He gave us all our options with the car and what would work best for us. He was very knowledgable about all the cars in the volve dealership. He gave a complete tutorial about our car before we drove off the lot and made sure we felt comfortable. Kristian also called us about a week later to inquire about our new car and if everything was ok so far. Most sales people only care about the sale but you can tell that kristian care about making sure his customers are happy with their purchase.
