Smythe Volvo - Service Center

I live on Long Island and can have my Volvo serviced at a number of dealers. I travel all the way to New Jersey for Smythe Volvo. I leased my vehicle from them and have it serviced there. Service guys are incredibly courteous and knowledgeabel. This time it was Nick. Made sure I understood the cost of 120k service and what would be done. Gave me choice of loaner car. AAA said my battery was bad & was able to charge it enough so that I could drive my car to Smythe Volvo. I called Volvo & Gary confirmed that it was under warranty. Gary also said that I could go dow enough so that I could drive my car to Smythe Volvo. I called Volvo & Gary confirmed that it was under warranty. Gary also said that I could go down ASAP & wait while it was being replaced. Upon arrival I spoke to Nick who then put everything in motion. I waited about 30 min. & was then relieved to know that my car was ready. Everyone at Volvo has ALWAYS been polite, friendly & helpful. Since day one I have strongly felt that I was being treated in a very friendly, trustworth sine 1994. I purchased two Vehicles, one in 2003 and 2008. Since day one I have strongly felt that I was being treated in a very friendly, trustworthy and professional manner. The service department has always been quick to respond to my concerns and requests. Their work has always been done correctly and delivered when promised. I have dealt with all the service advisors at one time or another, their knowledge and friendliness are genuine. I do not mind paying up a little more for the peace of mind I have after work has been done on my cars at Smythe. More
