The staff at the service is always polite and get the service done quickly. They keep you updated with all service information and maintenance recommendations for the car. Fantastic experience at Smythe Volvo. Quickly addressed our Check Engine light and conducted an inspection of the rest of the car while they were at it. Every time I visit here, Dennis treats me with respect and professional manners. I do have a lot of questions most of the time regards to the problems, services, and bills, and he always answers very kind and professional manners. I had not used my XC60 for more than four months due to the pandemic until I found my car was completely dead. In the first place I asked help for roadside service, but for unknown reasons they told me the the pandemic until I found my car was completely dead. In the first place I asked help for roadside service, but for unknown reasons they told me they could do nothing. The car was then sent to Smythe Volvo, and Dina Thomson was my case manager. Initially they replaced the battery but could not restart the engine, so the car had to be left there overnight. On the following day, the technicians there identified and fixed the problem (several fuses were blown). In addition, they also updated the software for my car. During this period, Dina kept reaching out to me explaining the problem and assured the problem would be solved. She was very friendly and her professionalism was very impressive. Of course, Smythe Volvo has always provided quality service. More
