Best Customer Service Scheduled for first 10,000 mile servicing. My service advisor, Tim Cotter, welcomed me. He explained what this first service would entail and mention Scheduled for first 10,000 mile servicing. My service advisor, Tim Cotter, welcomed me. He explained what this first service would entail and mentioned that I would not have to wait long, which I did not. Everyone in the service area said hello including the vice president. Tim even walked me to the service waiting area. When an additional repair suggestion was made, tire rotation, Tim came to me in the waiting area to inform me and told me the price. Hats off to Smythe Volvo. They are the best! More

Great service Regina was extremely accommodating; my car was taken in without an appointment due to an issue with the driver's side door. Great service and staff Doug and the entire staff in the service department were very helpful. The entire staff is very friendly and Maryanne at the front desk upstairs in sales also remembered me and asked me how I was doing and confirmed with me that everything was still going well with the car. Going the extra mile(s) We recently purchased a new vehicle at Smythe and unfortunately have had a variety of smaller warranty covered issues. These were clearly manufacture We recently purchased a new vehicle at Smythe and unfortunately have had a variety of smaller warranty covered issues. These were clearly manufacturer issues - nothing to do with Smythe - and yet, Smythe took full ownership of everything that had gone wrong and stood by us to make sure it got fixed and worked with us to restore our confidence in the Volvo brand. We were particularly impressed with Regina Krauza's help in organizing the repairs and taking care of us in the aftermath. Together with Sean Flanagan she not only took us seriously but managed to turn a potentially bad situation into a very good one: we are very happy customers in spite of the hiccups we experienced - thanks to Regina's hard work - and would return for another Volvo from Smythe. It would be very easy to see how without Regina and Smythe's attitude we could have been left with a very different feeling. More
