Doug MacAdam, my service agent went full tilt out of his way to see to it that my Volvo S60 was brought back to perfection after a somewhat catastrophic engine issue leaving me without a car. Not only did he arrange for a loaner, but he and Sean Flanagan were able to work with Volvo Corp. to rectify the issue with the car both, mechanically and financially as well. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my future cars. Smythe has proven that a great product is only as good as the people who stand behind that product. Over the years I have gotten to know the service managers and trust them to make sure my car is looked at very thoroughly and to only recommend things that I truly need to have done. This was my first service appointment for my XC60 and it went like clockwork. Doug arranged for a nice loaner car and even accommodated my preference of cars. (It's nice to try something you don't drive all the time!) Service was included in my maintenance package. Doug recommended a tire rotation. Car was ready on time and washed. More
