What a pleasure dealing with Doug and Smythe. So different from the horrible experiences I always had at Manhattan Volvo. Here you feel they care about you and your car. Especially after dealing with the people at Manhattan Volvo and other dealers throughout my life. Skeptical and cynical, yet. But not at Smythe.
