Troy was understanding of that, he put together that price, I examined it comparing it to pre purchase research, and it matched 1:1, meaning it was a very fair deal. He also took time to explain the value vs money spent, and outlining exactly where those dollars are being spent. He was very honest regarding additional add ons, what they do, what value they provide. That was important to us, as it helps us make an informed decision.
