It was very hard to make an appointment on the website. I received a confirmation but when I got to the service center, I was told I didn't have an appointment. I had tried to confirm on the phone, but n I received a confirmation but when I got to the service center, I was told I didn't have an appointment. I had tried to confirm on the phone, but no one answered the phone and when I left my callback number no one returned the call. This was frustrating as I live a distance from the service center and there was no way of getting in touch with the service center so had to make a (wasted) trip. I made a new appointment several weeks later (the soonest I could get. I was informed that I lived too far away to get a ride home, so I had to wait at the service center. Four and a half hours later, I went to check on my car, and it is unclear if the work had even been started. (not sure why I had to come to my appointment 4 hours early. After I complained, it was still another hour before my car was ready. When I expressed displeasure, I was informed that I could have had a ride home and back. This was the same person who had previously told me I lived to far away for a ride. All in all it wasn't a good experience. More
