Great customer service from Jack at the service department. I feel they go above their duty to make sure everything in your vehicle is taken care of. Every day, every time Jack Kim was very kind and helpful for us. I have moved to Down town of Los Angels from Carson. six month ago. So it is so far to South Bay Hyundai from my Apt.. Sorry I hate to say this and we don't really have a choice because it's the only Hyundai dealership around but I don't feel that they are really bent on finding out the true cause of anything they just choice because it's the only Hyundai dealership around but I don't feel that they are really bent on finding out the true cause of anything they just say that the computer says everything's fine. Our gas mileage on our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy has dropped dramatically in the last 3months (only 8000 mi) so that's why we took it in. But apparently "the computer says everything's good" so okie doke there is another day wasted in my life dropping a car off and picking it back up again More

The quote provided was obscenely expensive. I was quoted $540 for a fix that I ended up doing myself for $19 in 20 minutes. They also flat out lied and said I need an oil change when I got one I was quoted $540 for a fix that I ended up doing myself for $19 in 20 minutes. They also flat out lied and said I need an oil change when I got one just a couple weeks ago. The oil level was fine when I checked after I got home. I will not be back. More
