He explained necessary services based on my vehicle mileage. Who knew synthetic oil was best for this car! Jack also arranges for Lyft to take me to a nearby shopping center while my car was serviced. What a perk! He also set the range to alert me for the next oil change. WOW. Awesome customer service, friendly and knowledgeable!!!! More

Too long and no updates My car was in for an oil change and to repair the satellite radio. I was not updated on a regular basis. When I called and left voicemail messages, My car was in for an oil change and to repair the satellite radio. I was not updated on a regular basis. When I called and left voicemail messages, I received no response. This has happened on previous visits also. And while I was at the service center another customer asked me if I came to the service center on a regular basis. When I told her that I had been there several times, she wanted to know how I felt about the service. She had waited over two hours for an oil change and felt that it was too long. Also she felt that her service writer was not talking to her in an honest manner. I got my car back after I kept calling and the service writer told me she, not the tech, had fixed my radio by getting the signal refreshed. Today, the radio is not working again. I cannot keep getting the signal refreshed. I believe that there is still something wrong with the satellite radio module that the tech did not address. More
