Department of service, I had the worst experience ever with Kathy Nguyen and Donnie Ellis. Treatment very bad , no respect even to answer my question , ambush me like I have no clue about the issue that with Kathy Nguyen and Donnie Ellis. And waiting time ridiculous, they promised to call and let me know what’s going on with my car. Nobody called to let me know when I can pick up my car or even what’s the problem. Again I met a wonderful service provider who assisted me with purchasing a replacement key and contacted me when the part arrived a few days later. I returned to have my keys programmed. More
