Overall the experience was very good. George Chen made sure everything when well. One important issue was missed. During or perhaps before servicing the vavigstion screen and cameras went out and this was sure everything when well. One important issue was missed. During or perhaps before servicing the vavigstion screen and cameras went out and this was not noticed. So we had to bring the car back. When we brought the car back the electronics had to be reset at a cost of about $370. We were told that it was the jump starting of the car. It is amazing that any car would have electronics that are so fragile that the car cannot be jump started. Owners should be earned so they can have the car towed when the battery fails. More

I am so very pleased with South Bay Lexus! I recently went because I had a problem with my “remote”!
