I wanted to check out the colors, interior and the ball park price. I look like I’m 17 years old, So no one ever helps me or takes me seriously. I guess Doug did because he was so patient and helpful. He’s amazing. He took me around to look at several cars. He went out of his way to get the keys to open it up. I even told him I am just looking today. No problem, he said. Friday, May 18, 2018 I went back and looked for Doug and bought my new Lexus NX. It was easy and quite painless lol, After the purchase was done we went out to the car. All washed and clean. He taught me a lot about the basics. If I want, I could go back next week to learn more about this amazing Lexus. The finance guy was also amazing. Lied to about my issus. Took my car here based on convenience. After 10 months and multiple trips they addressed the issues. Then 2 weeks later the issues came back.
