I always love Korean cars. So I visited the South Charlotte Hyundai on South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I am so pleased with the Hyundai Kona SEL. Initially, I truly wanted the Hyundai Tucson but due to Charlotte Hyundai on South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I am so pleased with the Hyundai Kona SEL. Initially, I truly wanted the Hyundai Tucson but due to a family emergency, I decided to get the smaller SUV and so far, I love that it fits in small spaces. The gas mileage is incredible. Francois in Sales, Anthony Barreiro-GM, Charles and Corey all played a big part in making this sale. But Francois was very caring and understood my needs and gave me several options to choose from. Customer service and attention to detail of what the customer wants is great and what they strive for.. So far I'm enjoying the Kona SEL, not as much room in the trunk like the Tucson but it's growing on me. I love putting the Kona in Sport Mode. It has a quick pick up, I still miss the bluelink. I promise you that you won't regret it if you shop here for your next NEW Hyundai. Francois, is a very dedicated, sincere and authentic individual. He'll definitely steer you in the right direction. Bought a brand new 2020 car with paint defects! This color car is rare! They say it’s fixed to the HYUANDAI standard!! What about CUSTOMERS standards?? WOW if that’s not a slap in the face!! That wouldn’t even cover my car payment!! BE AWARE OF YOUR PURCHASES!! My car had gotten past EVERYONE and was shocked how it even made it on the production line!! Not to mention they even said, they were surprised and shocked buy the paint job and how the car SOLD! This place is phenomenal. The only car dealership where I’ve received good customer service. We were helped by Buddy Holmes. Buddy took the time to explain the different types and showed us all of them inside and out and explained all the features. He was also very honest and didn’t try to force sell anything to us. Also, we thought we couldn’t qualify for the vehicle, but he spoke to management multiple times until he was able to get us a discount and somehow made it so that we qualified and were able to buy my wife’s dream SUV.
