We had the pleasure of working with Gabe Blount at the South Charlotte location. He was polite, super knowledgeable and extremely patient with us (even taking the time to walk my wife around the lot twic South Charlotte location. He was polite, super knowledgeable and extremely patient with us (even taking the time to walk my wife around the lot twice to make sure she was satisfied with her color choice). We couldn’t be happier with the purchase of our 2020 Tucson SEL. Everyone at the dealership, including, Cecil Stinson and all of the finance guys were fantastic and treated us like family ! We can’t wait to recommend them to our family and friends who are looking to purchase a car in the near future. Service was good however when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start. Before I went to leave, they tried to sucker me into air filters, a drive belt, and some other BS. When my car wouldn’t start I as wouldn’t start. Before I went to leave, they tried to sucker me into air filters, a drive belt, and some other BS. When my car wouldn’t start I assumed they wanted to sucker me into a new battery. Oh heck no, I had them jump it and brought it to get tested and all is good. I highly DON’T recommend them! No one is gonna take advantage of this chick. More
