Very disappointed that Adam/or alejandra from south dade kia never reached back out to me to credit the $200 difference for the navigation system I was previously charged for, then changed again! Sent a few messages after we picked up the car but never any response. Here was my final message! “Good afternoon I was hoping to hear back from either you or Adam in regard to that additional fee that I paid for the navigation that was already initially in our original quote. I thought as though maybe and good faith that Adam or you would’ve reached back out to me to refund that additional $200, I have yet to hear back anything from either of you. I would appreciate feedback in regard to this as I feel it is most important in the positively completed sale of our new purchase of our Kia! Truly, the proper thing to do is to either reimburse a $200 credit on my charge card or to receive a $200 cashiers check. I greatly appreciate your time and hope that this will be resolved in an honest manner. Thank you.” … Even the sticker window proved that the navigation system was in original cost quoted. No response! 🤔 More
