My first experience with South Dade Kia was very good. They even called a Lyft ride to take me back to my home. Everyone was friendly, professional and attentive. Even one of the mechanics, who happened to be walking by, was kind enough to ask if I was being helped. I have no complaints just constructive criticism for improved service. My last car was a BMW and they have set a very high bar for the customer service experience. These are not big deals, just tweaks to make a good experience even better. As a business owner myself, I understand the value of a great customer experience. First, If it were my dealership, each customer would get the name and contact number of their Service Advisor. If I had to call the dealership I would not know who to ask for. Second, When I had a Lexus or BMW, when the car was serviced, it always came back washed. Not a big deal but a nice touch. I realize there might not be enough room at this facility for such a service. Third, The car should be brought up to the service department for the customer. My car was sandwiched between two cars. It was very difficult to enter and another car was parked across the way, which made me have to move forward and back up just to get out of the parking spot. Again, not a big deal, but an added touch of excellence. Fourth, BMW had what they called "Genius Experts". They knew every function of how to use these increasingly technical vehicles. They really were a Godsend in helping navigate connecting the phone and other technical aspects of using all the functions of the car. Overall I was very impressed with the level of service. Service was fast they made me feel comfortable the Service counter called me Uber and within 30 min I was getting a call my truck is finished and there was a Uber to pick me up.
