Customer service is impeccable. Courteous beyond measure. Timing is everything. KIA meets my standards in all areas. Although there's construction going on, they kept waiting area clean. When there the initial day I was given an update for a different customer and taken to a different car. Then my car would could be found. In a different occasion my wife went for an oil change and tire rotation and she waited 3.5 hours. She was told by Abdiel that she didn’t need a rotation; however, the report she was given states that the car needed it. More
