Karina was awesome! I had a great experience with Karina. I called regarding a 2017 Kia Sportage with an issue in the wiper. She was very warm and welcoming and told me they would look to see what was wrong and try to fix it quickly. She wasn't kidding. I started working and within the hour, she came in to tell me it was the pump. I thought they would have to order it, but she said it was ready! I was really pleased with the service of the technicians and especially Karina. She made my day. I had talked to her the day before and she assured me she would do whatever possible so I wouldn't have to wait too long. More
