Tire Change I has preordered a new tire for my vehicle. I made an appointment for the next day at 1:00 to have it installed. I waited 3 hours for them to install my tire! 3 hours! With an appointment! Their waiting time is unbelievable. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or they over book appointments but it’s unacceptable. The only time I took my car in for an oil change with an appointment I waited over 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN. More
