Tire Change I has preordered a new tire for my vehicle. I made an appointment for the next day at 1:00 to have it installed. I waited 3 hours for them to install I has preordered a new tire for my vehicle. I made an appointment for the next day at 1:00 to have it installed. I waited 3 hours for them to install my tire! 3 hours! With an appointment! Their waiting time is unbelievable. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or they over book appointments but it’s unacceptable. The only time I took my car in for an oil change with an appointment I waited over 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN. More

The bomb diggity! So I went to 3 dealerships in one day. But only one that mattered! The staff at sunshine Kia was great and went out of their way to make sure I drove So I went to 3 dealerships in one day. But only one that mattered! The staff at sunshine Kia was great and went out of their way to make sure I drove a new car off that lot. And more importantly, they made sure it was the car that I wanted. Not just a car that they were trying to just sell off to remove it from inventory like the other places trying to sell me cars I didn’t want just to move them. Cherris took care of me and did a great job considering I’m not the easiest person to please. Specially when spending my money! She went out of her way to make sure my visit was amazing and it was! Adam from financing also did a great job working out a deal with the bank for me to get my new wheels. A VERY GOOD JOB, considering my credit and finances are not the best in the world. Yet he made it happen. And a very affordable price! Thank you guys a million for everything! I love my new optima. And can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can grab something new from you guys and keep the business going! 10 stars out of 5 to this great team running the show at sunshine Kia! More
