I was very skeptical about the dealership and just went to look and asked questions. I had a quote from Truecar . I came away with a better car than I was looking for and a trade in on my car that I though to look and asked questions. I had a quote from Truecar . We had a great experience at South Dade Toyota. We love our new Prius. We added leather and are very pleased we did. Asbert also helped us get our old car shipped off to our nephew in Madison, WI. It took a week for the transporting company to get the car picked up and Asbert was VERY patient and helpful in making it all work. I will recommend his services to anyone I meet in the Keys who is looking for a car. More

I really don't understand how Toyota let guys like these ruin their brand. I went to this dealership to get a used car, and they tried to sell me a different one, because 'they wouldn't be able to get these ruin their brand. I went to this dealership to get a used car, and they tried to sell me a different one, because 'they wouldn't be able to get me financing for the other one', I actually reconsidered it and bought the car they recommended, and drove away. A week later, the sales man called me and told me I had to visit the dealership again to discuss some changes to the agreement. They wanted me to raise the down payment amount, and my interest rate had increased as well, because 'their financial institution' disposed so. So I said NO, and turned the car in, and they refused to give me my money back, they wanted to push me into buying another car! Finally they charged me for the miles driven, and for insurance for the week I drove the car, and I had to return the day after to collect my money. These people are snakes that would try to sell you a car no-matter-what. They're just clowns that don't know how to do business. More

I was grateful for his prompt follow through. George assigned Asbert to me on Saturday. Asbert called to confirm our appointment, reviewed what I was interested in and was ready for me when I arrived at the Dealership. Aspert was incredibly patient with me as I needed to make some major decisions regarding type of vehicle I would purchase. Roland was also very good and patient with all my questions regarding the features of the vehicle before I drove it home. I know there was one more person -- who took the money -- I don't remember his name. He was also very thorough and professional. The staff that I encountered at South Dade Toyota are an asset to the company. I would recommend the Dealership - particularly the staff. More
Our first contact was Jose Lazo (Internet Sales Manager), and then Daniel Merejildo (Sales) , Servio Sanchez (Financing), Ronald Tariche (Delivery) & Rino Fabrizio (Service & Body Shop), joined the team, an and then Daniel Merejildo (Sales) , Servio Sanchez (Financing), Ronald Tariche (Delivery) & Rino Fabrizio (Service & Body Shop), joined the team, and worked all together to delivery what we needed as customers buying a new vehicle. They are professional, helpful, they answer all of our questions, concerns, etc. They where eager to solve any inconvenience as it should be, they know how to make a purchase of a new car a satisfactory experience, regardless. We drive kind of a distance, to purchase our vehicle at Southdade Toyota of Homestead, but worth the drive and the time, since we find they where eager to gave us the best deal after researching online and visiting other dealers (even that Southdade Toyota of Homestead dealer fee is on the high number range). We also purchased an additional warranty (7 years of coverage), as Servio Sanchez recommended. The additional warranty will cover the vehicle after the regular warranty expires. Regarding warranty fine prints, he explained that it works exactly as the regular warranty of the vehicle, but even better, (loaner included as one of the advantage / benefits, for example) and in case of any problems or not being satisfied, it is returnable. He help to gave us peace of mind regarding other negative customer's reviews about fine prints. We are glad we purchased our car at Southdade Toyota of Homestead. Thank you all. More
