The Oil Change comes with a multipoint inspection, and this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was dee this is the 3rd time they have just made up answers without actually doing the inspection. My windshield wiper that is held on with duct tape was deemed in good condition. My brand new top of the line Goodyear tires were marked a 6 in tread… I only go there to get the actual oil change. And even then, they can’t tell you how your oil looked. Not sure how much experience the techs have, in light of past experiences. More

Bought a "certified" used 2023 Seltos. Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service Radio did not work from day one. After over a week, I did my own research and found a work-around to get the update and installed it myself. Only after emailing my salesman did the service department call me back.. Kayla was very good to deal with and we were able to figure out that the update I found myself online was the same that they had gotten. More
