Quick, effective, and professional I scheduled my usual state inspection for a 7AM appointment. They started working on my car as soon as I handed the keys over, and Jaime kept in cont I scheduled my usual state inspection for a 7AM appointment. Waste of time I would not recommend this dealership for service or for anything else. I would give it a minus zero star if I had the option. We had our 2012 Kia O I would not recommend this dealership for service or for anything else. I would give it a minus zero star if I had the option. We had our 2012 Kia Optima towed in due to engine failure. We felt it was covered under SC147 but all they did was plug in the diagnose machine and deem it was not eligible. They did not even open the hood and look at the engine because I asked. Our service adviser Eddie was agitated that 3 different people called about the car because I called him out on why he gave each one of us a different reason why it wasn't covered. They wanted $600 to investigate. The car was originally towed to an independent shop was we were told metal shavings (which is what the recall was for) were clogging the values resulting in engine failure but South Hills Kia just spent 2 minutes and deemed they weren't liable. Not worth anyone's time. You are better off going somewhere else! More
