When my husband bought his 2014 RAM in September from Erin Garcia, she waited with us the whole time the vehicle was being prepped and followed up with us afterwards to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. I told her I would be looking for a vehicle very soon and that I would be contacting her. I called her at 6:30pm on 11/12/14 and told her what I was looking for in a new Jeep Cherokee and she told me she would get back to me after 9am the next morning. She called me at 9:25 with a vehicle she had found in the color I wanted. She worked on some numbers and within 2 hours I told her we had a deal. We picked up the 2015 Jeep Cherokee on 11/14/2014 and again she stayed with us the entire time and took the time to show us how to work all the accessories that the vehicle came with. She asked me before we left if I was happy with the vehicle and I told her I loved the vehicle and could not be happier with it. Erin went above and beyond both times with customer service. She is a great salesperson and made our experience hassle free. More
