The moment you step foot on the lot you are being watched and sometimes rated as to affordability. We saw a commercial about South Oak and checked out their website. We decided to take a ride to check it out. We were met on the lot by Ezra Israel and he really was a pleasure to work with. He was not your stereotypical car salesman and listened to our concerns. We ended up purchasing a car and really are happy with our purchase. Because we decided to by a "demo" car it has two areas on the car that need to be fixed later this month. Ezra spoke very highly of their service department and guaranteed we would be pleased. Once I see how that goes I will revisit my rating and possibly give this dealership a great rating. Additionally, we were pleased with the finance manager Zeus Maldonado. The people we met including Denny Guest were down to earth and made the experience less stressful. More

I CHECK A RADIUS OF 25 MILES AND FOUND SOUTH OAK DODGE. IT HAD A NUMBER OF USED VEHICLES. WHEN I ACQUIRE ON THE PHONE ,ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED.WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP I WAS IMMEDIATE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. THE SALESPERSON WHO ASKED THIS ( I FOUND OUT LATER R).WAS MARVIN RICHARDSON.. LET ME TELL YOU ,NOT ONLY DID WE CHECK OUT THE CERTIFIED JEEPS BUT ALSO THE OTHER VEHICLES ON THE LOT.WHEN WE LEFT THE LOT.MARVIN THEN TOLD ME ABOUT FINANCE AND EVEN INSURANCE. I WAS ALREADY PRE APPROVED FOR VEHICLE LOAN, BUT MARVIN WAS ABLE TO WORK WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER, WHO FOUND FINANCE AT 6 POINTS LESS THAN MY LOAN.
