Everything went well except they refused to acknowledge me as co-owner of the vehicle. They had no trouble taking my check but every follow up call addressed only my husband and not myself. Also, Zeus told us about a program that would reimburse us for the cost of transferring handicap equipment to the new van. He gave us the form. We filled out the form and returned it to the dealership as advised. They sent it in for processing but never signed it. It took 3 months to straighten that out. But, it was straightened out and overall, it was a good experience and we are happy with the van. More
