If it wasn't for my sales people Robert Booth and Shannon Guest, I would have rated my experience as a terrible one. I did not get greeted one time on my visits to the dealership. If it weren't for the two individuals I worked with I would not have purchased my vehicle there. Even to the point that I am really unsure if I want to have my vehicle serviced there. Jim sold me my first car, a 2005 Dodge Neon. Jim has always been friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He explains things well and is always listening. At South Oak Dodge, they have a courteous and professional team members. The purchasing of my new vehicle was easy! I started looking online and any questions were promptly answered by Shannon Gu professional team members. The purchasing of my new vehicle was easy! I started looking online and any questions were promptly answered by Shannon Guest. When I finally went to the dealership she was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. She then introduced me to Kendall who would be my sales represntative. He was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. He was very professional and not high pressure. I also had the honor to work with Ray Cio, he was extremly friendly and helpful and made the car buying decision an easy one. Overall I can't say enough good things about South Oak Dodge. I would definately recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

OMG! This is the best kept secret dealership in the south suburbs. They have the best salesmen in the world and the best finance manager also. My Salesman name was Fred Cioffi he was the BEST! so polite and suburbs. They have the best salesmen in the world and the best finance manager also.
