Went for an oil change. Promised top ups of fluids and sanitization in the service coupon. But no washing of car done. Even washer fluid was not topped. Disappointed. Only went in for a recall/software update. Had an appointment. Was originally told it would be a 2-3 hour wait, which seemed extreme, but I was done in an hour and a half which was ok.
