Good Experience Leasing Tucson 2016 Went into South Shore Hyundai wanting to purchase 2016 Tucson instead bought a lease. I spoke with Roberto Toro extremely nice gentlemen, he was kind and drove my old car to my house. I would surely buy another Hyundai and go right back to Roberto. Very pleasant experience. Only issue I had was not aware up front all the optional items that are not included in Lease which should be included. Should have been mentioned to me prior to walking into Finance office. When you walk into finance office I was informed you I can purchase optional items which really are necessary for your Tires and Extra Care for dings on your car and that it wound up raising my monthly charge not pleased about not knowing ahead of time. If you lease a car all of this should be included in lease price, but its not like that. Kwesi Gyasi was a nice guy and he did explain to me importance of extras. More
