The representative wasn't aware of me being told a shuttle would take me home. He did speak to someone I regard. I over heard but the person wouldn't be able to take me home until 9 am. I was there entirely too long. I had a 7:30am appointment and didn't get my car back until 3:50pm. I had another appointment that I needed to go to and I had to uber back and forth I had a 7:30am appointment and didn't get my car back until 3:50pm. I had another appointment that I needed to go to and I had to uber back and forth. There was no point in me being there all day for an inspection, tire change and wheel alignment. I felt as though my time was not treated as valuable and no one cared to prioritize my vehicle, especially once I left the dealership to go to my other appointment. More
