Had a paint malfunction on the doors due to faulty product. Came in for ‘pictures’ to ensure was covered under warranty. Came in two more times for the same thing because pictures were never sent to H product. Came in for ‘pictures’ to ensure was covered under warranty. Came in two more times for the same thing because pictures were never sent to Hyundai. Once resolved we dropped car off, was told it’s at collision place getting repainted, all while the car was still in the dealer lot a week after being told that. Customer service lied several times thru out the process and our car was being fixed for over a month. Horrible, misleading service and no loaners of comparable size for a family of five. as many thumbs down as possible. More
