They are great if you’re buying a car, but do not expect good customer service later on. I have trying for 6 months to get a refund on some extended service plans I purchased. Dealer sold me 2020 Chevy Equinox for 22,900 after 5 months when i needed to sell back i was offered $5,000 to $8,000 because it had been in accident where airbags had been deployed but it was the exact months when i needed to sell back i was offered $5,000 to $8,000 because it had been in accident where airbags had been deployed but it was the exact same way as when they sold it to me! Vehicle was sold under false pretense that it had not been in accident and brand new still under manufacturer warranty. Deceitful crooks watched me put my 1 year old in unsafe car, inexcusable. More
