Deno Moore was so helpful to us when we were looking for a new (to us) car. He emailed us when he thought there was a car at the dealership that would be good for us. When that one sold quickly, he found an a new (to us) car. He emailed us when he thought there was a car at the dealership that would be good for us. Where to begin...short story is DO NOT trust the sales people here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was in agreement with Isaiah Montgomery over a trade in. After initially walking away, he called back and stated tha people here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was in agreement with Isaiah Montgomery over a trade in. After initially walking away, he called back and stated that they had agreed to what I had initially asked for. I found out that he had secretly undercut the value of my trade in car by $500 in order to get to my final number for my purchasing car. Being that I had already been in the dealership for a few hours that day, I was tired of arguing for what HE had agreed upon over the phone. He took full advantage of the situation. This only began the TERRIBLE service... I then waited for well over 2 hours just to talk to financial guy on a Friday night as they were closing. They stalled and kept reiterating that I would be helped shortly. Then after saying he would fill the truck up with a tank of gas (One would think this was easy enough), he said he couldn't find the gas key and that he would do it later....did he??? NO. Before driving off the lot my girlfriend noticed a chip to the front windshield about an inch in diameter. When brought to Isaiah and the manager Ben's attention they agreed that it would be fixed and taken care of. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I called and they said that someone would be reaching out to me that day. Another week went by and several texts with Isaiah later aI received no phone call. This of course is when Isaiah stopped responding knowing that they had dropped the ball yet again. Little did I know this meant have the local third party glass guy put sealant in it (about $50) and not actually 'fix' it with a new windshield. When I talked to the manager Ben he kept stating that when he said 'fix' it he meant put adhesive on it and that I am some idiot for thinking they would ever do the ethical thing and fix it by replacing it. He then told me it was only the size of a pencil eraser but reminding him he was wrong and that he only looked at it for a quick 5 seconds he quickly changed the subject. I would find a different dealership as they are only after saving themself every penny and not worried about customer service. ABSOLUTE AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It would be worth any amount of time it takes to drive to the next Toyota dealership. More

I was screwed to the tune of $20,000.00 by your two salespeople, Jose Amaya and Richard Wilson ! They voided my Capital one finance,without my knowledge ( 827 ) and replaced it with Toyota Finance salespeople, Jose Amaya and Richard Wilson ! They voided my Capital one finance,without my knowledge ( 827 ) and replaced it with Toyota Finance at 5.74% and Gs-adminmaint. Tire ,&breakdown totaling $9,417.09 ! They tricked me into this fraudulent contract never saw it before I was told to drive- ,when I saw the contract is having left the parking area ad when I tried to return the vehicle the manager refused to take it back! He then lied said to me I would take 30- days? All letters,phonecalls , ignored ! This $33,249.00 is costing me $53,829.88 at 5.74% 611.07 per monthly payments ??? More
My sisters 2018 Camry has stalled four times in freeway traffic. Each time she took it back to the service department they fixed “something “ but not the problem. This time the service manager told her trade it in because they wouldn’t look for the problem unless it happened when one of their mechanics was in the car. Worst experience I’ve ever seen any one have at a dealership. Basically told “trade in your death trap so some unsuspecting person will buy your problem.” Worst service department we’ve ever had to deal with. Uncaring and inept. Shame on you! More
